Submissions and Updates | Almanach of Würzburg

Representatives of houses may contact the Almanac for potential inclusion or to update existing listings.

Inclusion in the Almanach does not by itself constitute or imply endorsement by any individual, government, or entity. Every reasonable effort is made to ensure accuracy of the information contained within the Almanach. Information is obtained either from the families contained herein or public sources. It is ultimately the responsibility of each Head of House within the Almanach of Würzburg to ensure its own information is accurate and up to date using a distinct, authorised access code. The Almanach operates under the condition of strict neutrality and does not become involved in dynastic disputes, arguments over validity or recognition, or other such disagreements.

Note: Requests are subject to review and approval.

Who may submit: The Head of a House or an authorised representative may petition for a new listing or request an update to an existing entry. Please identify every title sought for inclusion and provide sufficient historical and documentary context for review.

Required contribution: Petitioners are reminded that an approved inclusion requires a one-time donation supporting the work and publication of the Almanach. Additional titles included in a listing require additional contributions. These contributions are not fees for recognition or the purchase of status; they support the publication and are discussed only after review. Do not send any contribution until the petition has been approved and instructions have been provided.
